Greet the host upon arrival and departure, showing your Nortrip membership card.
Respect the host’s facilities and rules. Don’t ask for unavailable amenities.
Respect the arrival time and periods the host is closed. Please also note that there may be situations where a host cannot accept Nortrip guests.
Stay no longer than 24 hours.
Keep dogs on a leash unless otherwise agreed.
Respect the booking. There are limited Nortrip places at each host. If you cannot use your reservation, cancel the reservation so that other Nortripper can reserve the place.
Feel free to show interest in the host’s products and services. It’s a great way to express gratitude for free and safe RV parking. There is of course no obligation to buy.
Ask for permission and clarify any payment before using host’s facillities (electricity, water, toilet, etc.).
Ask for permission before entering animals, feeding animals, making fires, setting up chairs, tables and other camping equipment, including awnings and foot rails. Also respect the host’s private part of the area.
Avoid contamination and leave the area clean. This also applies to sound pollution (noise). Do not empty garbage unless this is marked on the host page. The mobile home toilet must not be emptied into the host’s toilet!
Our hosts are not traditional campsites and therefore offer a limited range of camping infrastructure. Motorhomes, camper vans, and vans are allowed at all hosts. Some hosts have limitations of 3.5 tonnes and 10 meters. Caravans are allowed at approximately 2/3 of the Nortrip hosts. Please read the host profile carefully before your visit to understand what is allowed. Hosts provide a parking space, and you must be able to sleep in your vehicle. Tents are not permitted.
