1. Download the Nortrip app
Find the Nortrip app in the App Store or Google Play and download it to your mobile.

2. Buy and activate subscription
To access the hosts in the app, you must have an active subscription to the Nortrip guide. You can find this in our online store.

3. Create a profile
Create a simple user profile in the app. Once logged in, you'll have access to all Nortrip hosts and lots of handy features - like saving favourites, emptying stations, national tourist routes, an overview of your previous stops and much more.

The Nortrip app makes it easy to discover new places and plan your journey - whether you're taking it day by day, or want to create a complete itinerary in advance. Here's an overview of some of the app's features.

Explore the map and find hosts to visit
Zoom in on the map to see which Nortrip hosts are located in an area. Or filter by host category (e.g. farm, brewery, museum), number of campervan pitches, facilities such as electricity or toilets, and much more - so you can find exactly what you're looking for.

Get useful information about each host and see others' ratings
Each host page gives you an overview of facilities and what the host offers in terms of products and experiences - whether it's local food, farm shops, tastings, activities or culture. Many places offer something truly unique, giving you a more personalised and memorable journey.

Several host pages contain reviews from other users, with star ratings and brief feedback. This provides a useful insight into others' experiences before you arrive at the host. If you have visited the host yourself, we encourage you to leave a review. It helps to give both the host and other travellers a better basis for good experiences.

Create your own itinerary
Save favourites and mark visited places to plan a travel itinerary. You can also include in-app national tourist routes in the map view - perfect for those who want to combine beautiful driving with unique stops.

Reserve space with hosts that have a reservation solution
Some Nortrip hosts allow you to reserve a place in advance directly in the app. Reservations provide predictability for both the traveller and the host, and help make the experience better. If you see the "Book" button on a host's page, you can hold a seat with a few taps. It is possible to book a seat up to 2 days before your visit with hosts who offer this.

Keep track of emptying stations
All emptying stations in Norway are also integrated into the app. This means you don't have to look for information elsewhere - everything you need for a convenient and worry-free motorhome holiday is in one place.
