In-app reviews

Did you know that travellers can now leave reviews after their visits? These will be displayed in the app under your host profile, and you'll be able to see what's been written. We're delighted that the vast majority of feedback has been very positive! As a host, you'll receive the feedback via email, with the opportunity to comment on the content of the reviews.

Reviews are a great opportunity to get honest feedback on the experience you offer as a host. They provide insight into what guests appreciate and can simultaneously highlight areas for potential improvement. In addition, reviews help to build trust with future travellers, making it easier for them to choose you specifically as their host. We therefore encourage all hosts to read the feedback carefully and use it actively in the further development of their offerings.
