How do I renew my subscription?

You renew your subscription by purchasing a new subscription:

  1. Go to the online store
  2. Choose the subscription you want
  3. Enter your email and pay
How long is the Nortrip guide valid?

The Nortrip guide is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. It then renews automatically, so you don't have to worry about buying a new guide next year.

Can I use the Nortrip guide in other countries?

The Nortrip guide applies to Norway and/or Sweden. I our online store you can choose whether you want the Nortrip guide for one or both countries.

If you want to travel in Europe, you need to buy the corresponding travel guides from the other countries. You can find an overview of these in our online store.

How do I log in to the app?

To log in to the app, you must first create a user account.

After you have purchased the Nortrip guide, you will receive an email with instructions on how to create a user account. Check your spam folder if it hasn't arrived in your inbox!

Once you have created a user account, log in to the app with your email address and the password you created when you created the user account.

I have not received a membership number

Some people find that the email with their membership number ends up in their junk mail. Check there. If you can't find it, send us an e-mail and we'll help you get started!
