Invalid membership number

If you get an error message that your membership number is invalid, it's probably due to 1 of 2 reasons:

1. You have already used your membership number to create an account in the app. Once you've created an account in the app, you'll need to log in with your email and password.
2. There is a typo in your membership number. Double-check that it matches what you have been sent.
